Lola McDonald is a junior at Texas State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology and Data Analytics. Her research interests focus on how adverse childhood experiences shape self-concept, contribute to dissociation, and influence long-term mental health outcomes. She plans to pursue a PhD in Quantitative Psychology or Psychopathology, with the goal of improving how trauma-related disorders like complex PTSD are diagnosed, measured, and understood.
